Celebration of Opening of Monastic Bookstore

Sr. Gabrielle Marie

Today from 1-5 we have open house for the new bookstore here on first floor.  Sr. Gabrielle Marie is manager of the Bookstore and she has made many of the Homemade quilts and bags.  Her philosphy of the store is the minister to the public with Benedictine Hospitality.  She has Sr. Bernardine and Sr. Paula aid her in times the store is open.  They were also a huge help in getting the room in order.

Sr. Paula has knitted and crocheted many of the home crafted items on the small table outside the bookstore.

Sr. Veronica Therese has made many afghans and shawls that you will see on the racks.
